Hmmm, I just switched the DNS to a new host, but don't recall having that before. Maybe I screwed up. So this is just an a record:

While you have a PTR record setup for rDNS (216.81.209.221 = nnepa221.nnepa.com) you do not have a matching forward DNS for the host nnepa221.nnepa.com. In fact, looking this hostname up returns no values.
