>From what you are describing, it sounds like the WorkgroupShare DSN was not created by the install, and for some reason it is using the imailsedb DSN. To check this, see if there is a WorkgroupShare DSN and if it points to the workgroupshare.mdb. If these are missing then that is likely your issue.
