One of our clients got this message when she got some emails rejected from
someone. How do I correct this? How can I see if it is a virus or if the server
is configured incorrectly?

Thank you for contacting Online Support. Your IP ( 64.7.207.173) has been
blocked due to a bogus helo. Bogus helo indicates that a system provided a
falsified IP or name when attempting to send mail to our users. This usually
indicates a virus infection on the mail server and we cannot unblock the IP
address while the helo reports incorrectly. The system administrator will need
clean the system of viruses and worms, and properly configure and secure it
before we will unblock.
