64.7.207.173's published hostname (i.e. its PTR record) is
www.ltcconnection.com.

Yet www.ltcconnection.com has a published A record pointing to
64.7.202.212.

These two factors are out of sync and will cause delivery failures
even without the EHLO taken into consideration.

Feel like a broken record here... but an outbound mailserver must pass
the HELO-PTR-A-IP "roundtrip" test to encourage delivery to even the
strictest remote servers. HELO/EHLO matches source IP's PTR hostname.
IP's PTR hostname has corresponding A record which resolves to source
IP.

There are known issues with IMail and other virtual hosting mail
suites that make resolving this problem impossible without either
upgrading the suite or "multiplexing" all outbound mail through a
gateway MTA (which can run on the same machine as IMail).
