Tom,

I did this fix and it worked thanks! However, now neither of my domains have their global address books... Any ideas?

Thanks,

Greg Taylor

All,

I communicated with Rob off line and the problem is solved. Adding a Domain
Alias of webmail.igive.com to the igive.com Domain Properties fixes the
problem.

1 "real", 1 virtual.
Imail db
http://webmail.igive.com/IClient/Login.aspx?ReturnUrl=%2ficlient%2fdefault.a
spx

They actually go to http://webmail.igive.com/IClient which turns into the
above.

Logging into the real domain.
In the past, logging into the real domain didn't require the "@igive.com".
Logging into virtual domain did.

Now, cannot login via webmail to an account with the following
characteristics:

Thanks.

Robert,

Can we get some specifics on your setup? We're trying to duplicate this so
we need to know if you are using a virtual domain, what type of user DB you
are using and what URL the users are entering to get to the login page.

Thanks,

Aha!

Requires [EMAIL PROTECTED], where before simply testaccount would work.

Is there a way to get the old behavior back?

Do they have remember userid and password selected? Try to turn that off then log in which should generate new data and then try to check it again.

Hi

Upgraded to 2006.21 from 2006.2 No apparent problems. However, users cannot
login via webmail (states bad login / password combo). Can login in to
admin. Can send and retrieve email via POP (Outlook.)

Where to start looking? Did I miss something in readme?

Thanks,

Rob
