[IMail Forum] HKSI Web bug?

Ron,
I noticed a few messages with attachments, so I thought I'd go ahead and 
follow one of the links. When it asked me the Open/Save As.. question 
(IE5.00.2920.00) I said Open. Then it asked me the exact same question 
again. Same file name, same url -- same everything.

Is this a bug? I tried it on a couple of messages with similar results..
