We use CSS only to get the rollover-effects on the "buttons" (IE4+ on
Mac and IE), and to allow global color scheme changes by modifying the
one stylesheet (IE4+ and NS4+).

So, the stylesheets only affects the looks of the solution, not the
functionality. Going through and hard-wiring a different color scheme
with bgcolor= parameters wouldn't be too tough for someone who knows
HTML.
