[IMail Forum] User Can't Authenticate ... Weird

Have a user that cannot authenticate to send or receive through IMail 
using Outlook Express, but can login and check messages using Telnet, 
IMail's own client and the IMail web interface.  Outlook Express works 
fine with other email accounts.
