We've been asked to offer spam and virus scanning for a customer using exchange. They're trying to avoid the cost of adding antispyware and antivirus and want our system to do that and then allow them to get the 'valid' email. We suggested simply popping every 5 minutes with exchange but their concern is that not being "realtime" in terms of message notification. Would store and forward be more "realtime"?
