Thanks for the help. The problem does seem to be DNS related. I ran the
IMAIL monitor and the DNS field does show some kind of an error:"
WSAENOTCON" . Unfortunatly I don't exactly what this means.
I don't have the server here, it is in a server hotel. The only function
that I do not control directly on the server (using PCAnywhere) is the DNS,
which is controlled using an interface suplied by the company. So I will
have to go to them to make changes unsuported by the primitive interface.
Hence I need to be very clear about what changes I want from them, so it is
crucial that I identify the problem very specifically.
If you have any idea what the above error means or more generally, what
might be wrong or how I might diagnose the problem further I'd be very
grateful. Thanks again for your help thus far.
