I just got that message (WSAENOTCON) yesterday, when my M$ DNS server ate
its zone files and shut down. Seems to be a version of "I can't find it."

I don't use the Imail monitor. WSAENOTCON is not in the Imail manual or KB.
Simply try telling Imail to use another DNS server, since theirs seems to
be useless for your purposes.
