I am, slowly, putting together something as www.MEIway.com/IMDeliver.
It's tool in PERL for extracting SMTP traffic stats from the logs. The
extracted files can be imported into your database for reporting.
I've got one contributed mod to make so the exported files have a data
field acceptable to Access. The file is already ok with SQL Server. Too
bad Access and SQL Server don't come from the same company.
This tool only bothers with actual SMTP traffic sent and received, it does
not worry about quotas on mailboxes.
