Yes, I have a client who was using Outlook Express of unknown vintage and 
he was sending .jpg's to publish on his site.  I was getting ASCII.  Rather 
than fight with OE, he bought Eudora and all is cool.

and also, sometimes with his OE, I'd get .jpg's, and sometimes I'd get 
ASCII coding of .jpg's.  What useless piece of MS *@�#$* OE is. He told me 
had the same pb sending .jpg's to other sites.
