SPF can help with some of this. If it can be determined that your
system did not send a message then some of the bounces will not be
sent (they will be recognized as illegitimate).

SNF can also help with some - we spend an increasing amount of our
time creating rules to kill off outscatter -- provided there is enough
of the original spam in the message for it to be identified.
