In our testing using external DB (MSSQL) creating a new user with a weak password in which the domain has any level be it strong password or extreme enabled lets me type in a weak password for a new user. The domain existed previously and the environment is a V10 upgraded from V 8.22. Also a brand new domain in the new version does the same thing. Has anyone run across this?
