I am outside my network at a remote location...  and yet it gives me
that relay error and I know the I set my IMail server to relay only for local
hosts.

Any ideas?

nope, I haven't debugged that one, I used relay for addresses.  sorry.

Are you sure you've stop/start smtp service after setting the "relay for" params?

I am guessing the details of how DNSExpert test relay, but I don't think it's blak magik.  DNSEx sends a msg through your MX to his somewhere-else MX, and then checks somewhere-else MX to see if the msg got there. If it did, relay through your MX succeeded, and you're spammer bait.
