In the relay for section, if I set it to Relay for Local users, does that
mean my web messaging (mail.xxx.com) will not work for someone using aol (or
other) to get on the net?

I want to limit as much as possible, but still want web messaging to work
for those people on trips, vacations, etc. I'm not a national dialup, so my
customers can't dialup to my services outside of my local area.
