Relay for Local Users willstill allow anyone to spoof the
address of one of your users and relay mail through you.
All they need is an e-mail address and your mail server
address.
If you set to Relap for Addresses and just specify your local
blocks, remote users will still be able to use Web Messaging
or SMTP Auth to send mail.
