Most email on the net is already using this for Unix server spam
management. Almost every Imail competitor, NTMail, SLMail, VOMail, etc.
is doing it. One of the reasons for using RBL list specifically is that
it is already a defacto email antispam standard. They also have an explicit
legal policy for managing any disputes. I do not know about other
black lists, but RBL should have no major problems because it is
published and managed under a very acceptable policy.
