www.serverobjects.com with ASPmail and ASPqmail, seems to make a lot of 
people satisfied.

jmail http://tech.dimac.net/, ok but I've heard not solid under very heavy 
loads

http://www.quiksoft.com/easymail/objects/, apparently one of the tops.
