If you have the SMTP Server installed that comes with IIS you can also use
CDONTS as a method of sending mail. It's fast, reliable, and best of
all....free ;-)
If you don't have the MS SMTP Server started...or you don't use it at all I
would recommend using ASPMail from ServerObjects.com or ActiveX Mailman(AKA
ABMailer). I use both in different environments and both have never let me
down.

ASPMail has been extremely solid for us. We've got some applications
running ASPqmail as well, handling several thousand messages a week without
flinching a bit. No complaints at all here.
