Why is it that
Subscribers to a list get rejected when they try to send a list or help command
to imailsrv whenever the list is set to "Only Subscribers can post"? My
email address that the request is being sent from is "exactly" how it's
subscribed to the list, yet my requests to the imailsrv are rejected. My
address was added via the IMail Web Messenging Administration
forms.
The List Message for (listname) is for subscribers only!
The Help Message for (listname) is for subscribers only!
We have customers screaming at us to fix this problem. Frankly, I don't see the logic behind the rejected requests since the sender's email address IS a subscriber to the list.
Any help appreciated.
