Sounds like he moved behind a firewall that won't allow access to your
IMail port. If you're serving IMail on port 8383 (the default), that's
the most likely reason. He'll either need to get his IS dept. to open up
that port, or you'll have to switch to serving on port 80 (the default
for http). What's your IMail URL?
