I have an existing customer who is working for the state and just switched
departments. Up until his move he could access web mail just fine. Now when
he tries to go to the login page he gets the following:
Internet explorer cannot open the site - connection to the server cannot be
established.
The machine he is now using is running IE 4 on Win 95 and he is on a LAN. We
are running Imail 5.08
Any ideas what could be causing the problem?
