I've got a customer that has two different lists with us. Whenever she
sends a mailing out, some -- but not all -- of the AOL members on her list
fail to get the mail. Often she sends out 3 or 4 mailings in a day.
Different AOL members will not receive mailings. She has resent a "missed"
mail and the second will get to some of the AOLers who missed the first
mail, but then other AOLers don't getting the second mail.
I have a personal account on Mindspring that I added to her mailing lists.
I get each and every one of her mails -- no problem. So this appears to be
AOL related.
The size of the list is small -- less than 100. We have another list
(different customer) who's list is 500+. They don't appear to be having
this problem.
Does this ring any bells. Oh, there is one person who seems to miss more of
the messages than most -- the list master through her account on AOL.
Help/suggestions would be appreciated.
