Be very wary of the Templates that come with Imail. There are many, many
HTML errors within there "special tags" such as missing </table> and </td>
that make using let alone modifying. We originally anticipated one week of
web work to customize our Web Messaging and it took in access of 3 weeks due
mainly to a) the very poor documentation on Web Messaging (severely lacking)
b) the errors within the tags and resulting investigative time to literally
place missing closing html tags through out the code (painfully via view
output HTML source). The latter is mostly for the benefit of the Netscape
Users of the world (that's another story).
To sum it up: Imail Web Messaging Templates are poor at best. Editing them
is time consuming and painfull. We expected much better for the price of
Imail.
