With this virus, Outlook will NOT run it unless [1] the user opens the attachment (IE, 
they don't know much about computers), and [2] the user clicks "OK" to run the file 
(or saves it and then runs it).

Yes, that would be a severe security problem.  However, the only known problem there 
is with Outlook Express and HTML E-mail containing ActiveX code in it.  No known 
viruses are in the wild exploiting that serious Microsoft bug.
