That's where SMTP AUTH comes in.

When anybody wants to send mail from the mail pgm, they should use SMTP
AUTH option in the mail client pgm.

SMTP AUTHenticate means there must be valid password presented by the mail
sender to mail server before the mail server will accept the mail.
