Unfortunately, David, some of the things you have suggested, the manual says
to NEVER change once you have them set.  Such as the Top Directory and such.

OHN, which I am sure is an abbreviation for something, isn't even mentioned
in the manual.

I inherited this mail server from the previous sysadmin who was let go.  I
am MUCH more experienced with Microsoft Exchange servers, so you will have
to forgive my ignorance with iMail and Ipswitch's support policies, which I
still disagree with the fact that you refuse to have some "per incident"
payment method for phone support.

The KB article was fairly useless as it didn't match my scenario, and I had
already been there for help.

The TopDir is the same for approximately 5 of the 10 domains.  Again, I have
no idea what OHN is, so I cannot look to see what that is set to.  I also
have no idea WHICH alias you refer to in your -mail.
