I'm doing ETRN for a anocoil.com. They are complaing about not getting all
their mail. Another ISP is handling the DNS they only have setup a single MX
record.

However, they appear to be getting the mail. Below is my entry in my hosts
file.

Why would they get the following error message ?? Email.cshore.com was up
and running at that time.
