Matt-
We had a similar problem here, just recently. When I looked at
the message encoding, I noticed that the attacment contained
a Content-Type: application/ms-tnef;
name="winmail.dat"
Microsofts KB had some info at:
suppport.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/Q241/4/38.ASP
ID: Q241538 - OL 2000 How Message Formats Affect Internet Mail
Basically, Microsoft has a non-standard RTF encoding option in
OL2000. The 'fix' from them - is to have the sender turn off the RTF option.
