Yes, I can make it stick.  Been there.  Done that.
I do not do free Internet or even un-limited for that
matter.  So my service is not as appealing to a luser.

I maintain a abuse reporting system and work with
several abuse minions to get these people canned as
quickly as possible.

I have only had a couple of instances where any type of
legal methods had to be used to enforce my AUP.  In most
cases a phone call has handled it.  I have another method
I call 'thug' that is very effective in worst case scenarios.
