I hate to sound numb, but what and/or who is ORBS, and why would being
listed by them be bad?

You will have to set Imail to Relay for Addresses and then either specify
allowed IP Blocks or make your users utilize SMTP Auth.  The only way
Imail will pass the ORBS test is to set it like this.  After the initial
test they
will return several times to re-test your server.  So you can expect your
doorknobs to be rattled for a while.
