I use Seattle Labs RemoteNT. You can then do a telnet to the
server from any location and do a command line utility reboot...
It is also VERY inexpensive... I use a small utility called
shutdown which also has a reboot command. Works great.

If I do not have that working I also have X-10 remote devices
wired directly to the reset buttons on my servers. Radio Shack
has these and you can setup to call a phone number and enter
touch tone telephone button secure codes to selectively reboot
any one or all servers from a remote location. Works great and
also costs almost nothing... Just get the telephone controller
and use the model UM506 Universal Module. Set it to 'momentary
close' on its relay closure and wire this in parallel to your
reset button(s)... You can also order all this over the web at
