visit:  www.mail-abuse.org and read about the RSS / open-relay database. 
ORBS is the same category.

If your mail server gets blacklisted, a lot of other mailservers, 
increasingly, will refused to accept mail from your mailserver, since they 
check these blacklist databases for every incoming msg.
