Ok, I've mentioned this before but now I have more info to aid in this
ongoing investigation. Here it goes:
I've had sporadic issues with users that reply back to a list server but
instead of the message going back to the individual who sent the message it
goes back to the whole list. I've confirmed that the default settings for
the list are correct in regards to it going back to sender vs. list, the
users are hitting the "reply" button not the "reply to all", etc.
This last instance the user hit reply and it never got back to the original
sender but I received it. I thought everyone in the company received it but
I have new info that says that didn't happen either. I mean this user never
received her own reply and everyone in her dept. claims they didn't receive
it. I'm thinking that I received it because I'm the owner of all the lists
but I'm puzzled as to why didn't the original sender receive it either?
Anyway, has anyone every experienced this and if so could you point me to
the right direction before I have to call Ipswitch Support on this.
