I guess you didn't understand my statements and/or I wasn't clear enough.

1.)  I left the default settings, so the checkbox to Reply-to list(vs
sender) is "not" checked.
2.)  None of my lists are moderated.
3.)  I don't have my list setup for "digest mode".
4.)  I have told all users to double-check the "To:" field to make sure they
send it to the intended receiver.
5.)  I've checked the logs and nothing unusual is listed there.

In IMail Administrator or Web for List Admin.Double check and make sure that
in the checkbox to Reply-to list(vs sender) is "not" checked.
If it is a moderated list, the list-owner will get all postings.
If user have digest enabled and tries to reply, it will go to the
list-owner.
When the user actually sends the message by pressing Reply have him check
the TO: filed to see
where it should actually go.
Last, check the logs.
