Got a copy of the persons 'Reply' (did she keep a copy)? I'd have to see
that, to tell what is really happening. Look at the Reply To: field and the
time of her sending, and check the log to see what address is shown in the
RCPT TO: line. They should match!
If the message _was_ addressed to the list (as you seem to think), why did
the subscribers not get her message (you said they did not, but they
_should_ have, if the reply address was the list and moderator not set!)? So
this would seem to indicate, the Reply address was not the list address, but
something completely different (like your address?!).
What is the email address of the 'Owner' for that list? If that is yours,
that could be why you got the message (as if the list were in Moderator
mode). Now, it should not think Moderator is enabled, but if imailsrv
thought is was, that address would be used as the destination of the
delivery.
When this happens, does it continue (for this list) until you do something
(what do you do?)? If it does, that would imply to me, that something is
trashing the program file (imailsrv.exe). Check your disk system and files!
