What is the exact working of the bounce message?  What do the logs say?

The most likely cause I can think of (since your incoming mail is working, your 
Internet connection is O.K.) is that the DNS resolver you are using isn't working 
properly.  Check the "Domain Name Server address" option in the SMTP tab, and make 
sure that the DNS server(s) listed there are working.  Note that this is different 
than your own DNS records, which are either fine or working well enough to get 
incoming mail.
