Frank,
These symptoms (non-delivery of outside email) are most commonly caused by
problems with the DNS server that IMail is using! If, in the SMTP tab
settings, you change the IP of the DNS to a different one (for now use only
one IP!), and that fixes the problem, that would confirm my diagnosis.
Suggest you use your upline providers DNS server, for this test (assuming
access to that DNS is good!).
