The key is in the logs, you must see some trace in there of Imail rejecting 
mail.  To help your search, find out the sender names and search on their 
name and/or sender domain in your logs.  Also, if your users can obtain a 
copy of the bounced msgs from the senders, you can inspect for rejection 
reason.
