Those are attachments, from when people send E-mail through web messaging but abort
the message before it is sent. Usually they are people that send large attachments,
and think they aren't really being sent, so they stop it, retry it, stop again, etc.
They should be safe to delete, since they should only stay there if the message was
aborted.

Anybody know why there are always some picture or some other kind of files
stayed in my spool folder. Look's like threy are the attachment file.
Can I delete the spool at any time?
