Not easily. Normally, if you only have the D*.smd file there, there isn't a
need to send it (I believe that happens if the recipient's address and
sender's address are both invalid).
If you did want to send it, you would have to manually create the q*.smp
file. In order to do that, you would need to guess at the sender/recipient
addresses (which may or may not be in the D file).
