Is he connecting using SSL? That often happens with us using SSL (replying to
messages, sending messages, deleting messages mainly; it's only when the POST method
is used to get to a page, and doesn't always happen). I'm guessing something in my
modified templates are causing the IMail SSL functions to choke (it works fine with
SSL tunnelling).

He is using netscape 4.7 on a powermac G3 OS 8.6
