My experience with Imail and attachments (in the Web-based mail) is that
often the file is apparently not in the correct encoding format. I have
been able to duplicate conditions where an email attachment cannot be opened
(such as a MS Word document), but when I forward that attachment to myself
(all in the Web-based login), the forwarded document will suddenly
work...even though it's the exact same file that was attached. IPSwitch
couldn't help me with the problem.

I've been testing this for some time now and I can't get ANY attachment mail
to be sent/delivered or even an error reported by this application. We've
also discovered that any 3 character user id attempted will report success
even if the user ID is NOT in the user ID data base and with no error
reported by the software.

Subject: [IMail Forum] Imail and Web-based E-mail

I have been looking around for a mail system with virtual hosts, I have
downloaded the Imail and tested it and it seams what we are looking for, but
I heard from another mail list that there are some problems in the Web-based
E-mail feature. Can some one confirm this.

What I have heard that is there is an attachment more than 15k, it will not
work??????.
