I'm
having exactly the same. I haven't looked into it yet, but in our case, there is
a firewall in-between. The IMail server is on a "public access" side of the
firewall. Not on the outside, but in a place where people from the outside can
get at IMail, and our public web server. So I'm going to check out ports as a
possible fix.
I've
got 500 Imail users, and two who check via modem, and those two have
another account that they can (and probably have already) forwarded their mail
to, so it isn't high on my priority list.
If I
find anything, I'll add to this list if nobody else has
responded.
