I'm having exactly the same. I haven't looked into it yet, but in our case, there is a firewall in-between. The IMail server is on a "public access" side of the firewall. Not on the outside, but in a place where people from the outside can get at IMail, and our public web server. So I'm going to check out ports as a possible fix.

I've got 500 Imail users, and two who check via modem, and those two have another account that they can (and probably have already) forwarded their mail to, so it isn't high on my priority list.

If I find anything, I'll add to this list if nobody else has responded.

Subject: [IMail Forum] Imail and JavaScript

We have been seeing a problem with Web Messaging in version 6.04.
Clients recieve and  "Invalid Action" message whe trying to execute only
the Java Script Buttons (reply, reply all, forward, delete, move to).
It does not seem to matter what browser is being used.

This only occurs to dial-up customers and not to people connected on a LAN or DSL.

Anyone else experiencing this issue. Ipswitch says they have never heard of this before and must be our network. But I can dial up through another
provider and get the same error.

Thanks
Fred
