Troy, are you sure you have the multiple users listed in the correct format?
ie. <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>,<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>,<[EMAIL PROTECTED]> etc
Having this any other way will inhibit the message to be sent to all the
users its being sent to.

Good Day All!
I've a problem with my email. we have IMail 6.0 on NT 4.0 server, with
primary & secondary DNS servers. If a user sends email with multiple
recipients the mail is delivered to the main recipient but not to the cc:'s.
There is some question regarding the synchronization of DNS entries between
the two servers but at first glance I see nothing out of order. Has anyone
else experienced this and if so, what was your resolution?
