I've looked at your entire zone file transferred from webclan (you
should not permit zone xfers) and it doesn't look to be the source of
your mail bouncing pb's.

show us the logs, in the SMTPD session where Imail bounces the msgs,
please send only the relevant SMTPD lines.

don't know what that is, but I've sent a DNS Expert report privately
