Curtis,
Did you install IMail to some drive other than C:? Could be the Web dir
setting is not the correct drive letter. See the Localhost, Web MSG Server
tab and the Web Dir field and fix as needed.
Only when the up/down.gif files are 'not found' should you see a broken
picture.
