if this occurs for only for that ip address, then the SMTP server on 
63.83.37.129:25 is not working.  I cannot, Friday morning France, get 
any response from 63.83.37.129:25.

It's their pb, not yours.

6.04 only comes in 250-user and unlimited-user. If the product you 
get in teh box is not, 6.04, just install the box version and DL the 
free upgrade to 6.04
